SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Delivery Date and Manually Reviewed Orders
We offer the estimated delivery date at checkout for USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping. This is an estimate based on the current warehouse workflow and the shipping carrier's transit time. If you place an order today before 3:00 pm, depending on your location, your order will be shipped the same day or, if you placed an order after 3:00 pm will be shipped the next business day. You can see the map for reference.
If your order requires manual review the shipping date may be delayed. Orders that need to be manually verified are flagged by our system. Typically we flag orders for manual verification if the billing and shipping address do not match, we need client authorization to ship the order, or if the order is from a first time customer. We will contact you promptly to verify your order. To expedite this process feel free to contact us in advance to verify the order. Once you have been verified you will be put on a white list for future orders. We thank you for your help.
Ship to a Non-billing Address
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address associated with your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address associated with your credit card in our system. To prevent fraudulent use of your card, your order won't be processed until your payment is confirmed.
To list the alternate address with your credit card company, call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address with your financial institution before you submit your order that is shipping to an alternate address helps us process your order quickly and more confidently.

Medical Disposables Corp. main goal is to provide our customers 100% satisfaction and products that provide solutions with solid results. We will make the effort to complete this mission and pledge to our customers but also following the procedure for returns.
How do I return an item?
All sales are final, and drug, alcohol, and other infectious disease products are non-refundable due to the nature of these products.
Products can be returned if:
The product was shipped in our error by Medical Disposables Corp.
The product was deemed defective by Medical Disposables Corp. after investigation.
Our manufacturer has agreed to replace the item.
Note: If a product has a missing part we will either mail the missing part or replace the product.
The product should be returned within 5 days of receipt, along with a copy of the original invoice. Medical Disposables Corp. will use tracking report provided by shipper and no international returns are allowed.
Once the returned product has been received, and once the credit or refund is issued, then an email confirmation will be sent.
A product cannot be refunded that has been used improperly or procedure for test confirmation (gc/ms or lc/ms) have not effectuated in the case of drug tests. In this case, all the manufacturer’s warranties will automatically expire.
A 20% restocking fee and return postage will apply when replacing a product that was not shipped in error, deemed defective, or has missing parts. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and must include a return authorization number.
Once the product has shipped order can not be cancelled and any returns with out an authorization number will be charged a 30% restock fee plus shipping costs paid by Medical Disposables Corp.
