Just finished my first batch.  Everything went fine.  I give people the option of spitting into the well or using the wand.  I think if they spit, they should still get the cotton wand moist to keep from soaking up the saliva in the well.

The test was accurate although a couple lines were faint wasn't sure what that could mean.  I also wish the shipping charges weren't so expensive.
