it was very hard to contact your company, however when I did get in contact, the lady was very helpful and got my order packed and shipped the same day.  the 12 panel was on on back order yet nobody contacted me to let me know this this.  she corrected the situation and sent me the 14 panel test.  other than that, very happy and have recommended your company to others.  thanks again!!

No instructions came with the Drug Test Cups. There is nothing to tell what drugs are being tested for. So if you get a positive reading on the test strip there is no paperwork to let you know what drug it tested positive.
