I called this company not knowing a lot about these type products and the gentleman I spoke with was so very helpful. I placed the order on a Thursday and it was on my doorstep Saturday. When you go through something like this with a teenager, it is very stressful. I appreciate their help and promptness. Test works great and very easy to use.
